Dog Treat - Peanut Butter Rounds

Peanut Butter Rounds 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup water

1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.

2. Form mixture into 1 1/2-inch sized balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten balls with a fork.

3. Bake at 325*F (160*C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Feeding a Ferret

Foods Many feel that Ferret specific foods are the best food, however these people also agree that cat/kitten foods are entirely sufficient, and that there's not that much difference between them. Ferrets require a specific mix of nutrients and their foods can be expensive.

Make sure to keep all of your food away from your ferret. Even though many human foods are acceptable for ferrets, anything in large quantity may harm your ferret.

Unless your ferret is overweight, keep their bowl full and let them eat as much as they want.
